We create a customized property listing for your home on the top sites of your choosing (Airbnb, Vrbo, Expedia, Booking.com, etc.) *$150 one-time investment. We can even create a Guest Welcome/Handbook for the guests of your property (details can be discussed) *$100 one-time investment.
Cleaning
We come after every guest checks out to clean, wash and change linens, inspect, restage, re-stock (client is responsible for the cost of supplies) and make-ready for the next guests. Re-fresh visits are available upon request (additional fees may apply).
Hosting
We provide booking confirmations and 24/7 guest support for any inquiries or any guest emergency services needed. Think of us as your front desk! (Includes one visit to house, where applicable, per booking.) Additional fees may apply after business hours, holidays, and weekends.
Maintenance
We take care of all the small maintenance and repair issues (under $100 each booking; included in agreement fee). We will inform you of all issues immediately upon discovery.
